Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary
ABS Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children and families live their best lives, integrity to do what's right, and the ability to hold themselves to high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
The BCBA will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
- Providing ABA therapy sessions to children and families in the home and community settings.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and data on client progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the BCBA must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Completed a minimum of 10 months of verified Master's of ABA coursework through an accredited university.
- Completed at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 unrestricted hours.
- 2 years post-bachelor working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
