Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals.

- $95,000 / year, total compensation potential including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan

Flexibility
- Most of our BCBAs end their workday by 5 pm
- B CBAs interested in group model therapy can work later office hours ending at 6 pm
- No weekends required
- 25 paid days off in year 1; 30 in year 2
