We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABS Kids in Eagle Mountain, Utah. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to children with autism and their families.
About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism;
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients and supervise Behavior Technicians;
- Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans;
- Collaborate with other professionals, including parents, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

- Total Compensation Potential: $97,500 per year, including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan;
