Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop behavioral intervention plans for children with autism
- Implement and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or in the process of receiving certification
- Experience working with children with autism and their families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- $94,000-$99,000 / year, total compensation potential including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan
