About the Job:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Do you have a strong background in applied behavior analysis? We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABS Kids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for children with autism
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Analyze data and monitor progress to make data-driven decisions about treatment effectiveness
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligible for certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA or Lead Therapist in a similar setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
- Total compensation potential including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan: $97,500 / year
