Join our dynamic and growing home remodeling company as an Assistant Manager & Customer Service Representative! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing exceptional support to both our team and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling, providing seamless assistance to our management team and field staff.
- Customer Relations: Be the friendly voice of our company—answer inquiries, schedule consultations, and keep clients informed about their projects
- Documentation & Organization: Maintain accurate records, including contracts, invoices, and permits, ensuring easy access when needed.
- Office & Warehouse Organization: Keep the office running efficiently, manage supplies, and assist with basic warehouse tasks (lifting boxes and moving materials as required).
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to schedule jobs, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth operations.
- Vendor & Supplier Communication: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, handling orders and logistics.
- Problem Solving: Tackle day-to-day office challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Team Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, onboarding, and training to help our team thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in office management, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Bilingual (Required): Spanish-speaking ability is a requirement
