General Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Administers the AST Laserfiche content management system, to include systems integrations between Laserfiche and other department applications.
- Manage, coordinate, and implement Laserfiche technology projects to include: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates the capabilities of the business system and design processes and procedures to support the organization's strategic initiatives, priorities, and day-to-day operations.
- Create advanced workflows, quickfields, and processes to enable departments using Laserfiche to control and report on the data, metadata, and information available in the document management system.
- Assist with the identification of internal user needs for Laserfiche and assist with implementing identified needs.
- Administer, create and implement Laserfiche Forms
- Maintain SQL Database and ensure security and integrity of the data in that solution.
- Administer Laserfiche Mobile, Connector, and Audit
- Provide timely response to user requests for assistance.
- Demonstrate customer focus and partnership in projects and work order assignments.
- Supports other Enterprise Applications as needed.
- During emergencies or special projects, this position may be required to be called in or work an irregular schedule and cause a temporary change in normal work hours. This includes working on non-business or extended hours on weekends and holidays to check/troubleshoot system outages, attend early morning or evening meetings, and/or be available by phone to answer questions.

Qualifications
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Laserfiche Platinum certification Preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Equivalent Certification is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a drug test for pre-employment for the Tribe.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience Required:
- Three years of related experience; to include technical analysis, systems analysis, and computer service/repair.
- Three years of Systems/Application Administration
Knowledge of:
- System Administration
- LAN Knowledge
- Microsoft Operating Systems (client and server)
- VMWare
- Storage Administration
- AD/Exchange
- WWW/HTML
- PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Emerging technology trends
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
- Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity.
- Willing to travel.
