Duties:
- Primary responsibilities will be to follow treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
- Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
- The COTA assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Skills/Requirements:
- Current New York State Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Responsible, caring, and dedicated Occupational Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
- Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
