Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, conducting regular counts, and ensuring products are well-organized and displayed attractively.
- Assist in outbound sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Utilize software systems for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management and control practices.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications for sales tracking and inventory management.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication during outbound sales calls.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable to cater to a wider customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and sales processes.
