We are seeking an experienced and professional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information regarding their vehicle maintenance needs. The Automotive Service Advisor will be the primary

point of contact for customers who are bringing their vehicles in for service or repair, and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments.
• Discuss vehicle maintenance and repair needs with customers, providing detailed explanations and cost estimates.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure that work orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and work orders.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Sell additional services and products as appropriate to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
• Ensure that the service area is clean and organized at all times
