Tire and Lube Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes, vehicle inspections, and other maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance of our clients' vehicles.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and air filter replacements.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians as needed.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used during maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar automotive service role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and components.
• Familiarity with dealership practices is a plus.
• Experience with tire service and automotive repair techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.02 - $12.86 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
