Graphic Designer and E-Learning Developer
ABSC is seeking a Graphic Designer and E-Learning Developer with a TS / SCI for the Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) program, in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will provide research and technology protection (RTP) support to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ) and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) and activities. Foreign Governments and companies that both use and sell military systems will go to great lengths to acquire the advanced technologies that dominate future warfare. Identification and protection of those technologies is essential to the Army’s mission and ability to fight and win when those systems are fielded.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :
- Maintain expertise in topics surrounding the ARTPC, Army Security Office, and Modernization Security Protection missions, participating in working groups, policy discussions, and DoD-wide training seminars as required.
- Modify (as necessary) and implement a robust training program for Army Field Program Managers, engineers, security managers, and protection officers on RTP to include CUI / CTI identification and protection, CPI identification, threat integration, vulnerability analysis, risk analysis, countermeasures identification, Supply Chain support, Critical Function Analysis, and security classification determinations. (Baseline materials will be provided.)
- Maintain and update a robust training program for all ARTPC engineers and security specialists on Research and Technology Protection internal to the ARTPC.
- Maintain and update existing training materials related to technology protection on behalf of the ARTPC.
- Update and revise technology protection processes based on Government direction.
- Design all graphics and standardized products for the ARTPC related to modernization protection.
