Hospitality Driver - Wine Tours

Job Summary
Absolute Charm Wine Tours is seeking a reliable and dedicated CDL Licensed Driver to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting guests to and from wineries in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas, ensuring timely arrivals while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle to transport guests to pre-arranged locations.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the Fredericksburg area, their selected wineries, and our tours.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

• A CDL License is REQUIRED for this position.
• We utilize two Mercedes Sprinter vans, a Cadillac Escalade, and a custom open-top outdoor Safari vehicle. Experience with all is preferred.
• Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Weekend availability is REQUIRED. Tours are run 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 12pm - 5pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed
