Responsibilities for our Lead Carpenter/ Remodelers are:
- Coordinate with office staff and field crews to ensure project execution exceeds expectations.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects and communicate with office/ clients as needed.
- Execute and manage projects with onsite personnel and subcontractors (this is a field position).
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
- Ensure projects are complete to clients' expectations and all paperwork and administration for jobs and other office work are completed.
- Bring a can do attitude to work and be willing to step in wherever required.
Qualifications for our Lead Carpenter/ Remodeler are:
- Competence in a variety of trades, high technical aptitude required
- Must have a truck
- Good attitude and excellent communication skills
- 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry in a similar role
- Experience with various trades (plumbing, electrical, paint, etc) preferred
- This candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess above average written and oral communication skills, including strong negotiation skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment is also essential for this position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
