Key Responsibilities:

Client Support and Sales Growth:
- Promote and expand our client base in implant, conversion, surgical guide, and general lab services and technologies.
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, including case delivery and pickup, while building strong client relationships.
- Present, demonstrate, and educate clients on our products, protocols, and digital scanning technology.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Contribute to marketing strategies to align with company goals and promote business growth.
- Identify and engage with new prospects and potential clients through leads and industry events.
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain visibility for Absolute Dental’s services across the Charleston region.
- Account Management:
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing relationships and attending to customer needs and feedback.
- Track and document client interactions and sales activities for smooth communication and follow-up.
- Monitor trends within the client base to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
- Organizational Communication and Support:
- Collaborate with our team to stay updated on services, technologies, and products to better serve clients.
- Keep leadership informed about client feedback, trends, and potential areas of improvement.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing within a client-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in dental or medical fields is a plus, but not required.
