Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $47,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn additional weekly and monthly bonuses. Full-time managers are also eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

- Managing daily operations and office procedures to improve performance and efficiency
- Overseeing staffing, recruitment, and employee relations in collaboration with HR
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and health and safety standards
- Creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and care
- Managing procurement of office equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of dental management experience is required.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
