We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for making outgoing calls to achieve a variety of goals, such as:
- Customer Service: Proactively contacting customers to address inquiries, concerns, or follow up on purchases.
- Sales: Reaching out to potential customers to generate leads/book appointments, introduce offers, and close deals.
- Account Management: Contacting existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gain memberships
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm Mon - Fri
You'll be a master of communication, with the ability to:
- Build rapport: Develop friendly and professional relationships with customers over the phone.
- Actively listen: Understand customer needs and concerns to provide targeted solutions.
- Present information clearly: Effectively communicate product or service details in an engaging way.
- Handle objections: Address customer concerns professionally and navigate objections persuasively.
To be successful, you'll also need:
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- The ability to work independently while meeting daily call targets.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
