Coordinator - Quality Assurance
Monitor Security Officers’ on Teams Dashboard. Provide support to compliance department with issues pertaining to time and attendance. General Administrative duties.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Monitor the Watch dashboard.
- Assist in ensuring all employees are adhering to scheduled check-in times.
- Communicate with employees (via phone, email, and text).
- Make changes on Teams as required to reflect actual times worked by employees.
- Generate exemption forms to document changes.
- Write and issue disciplinary reports for non-compliant employees.
- Generate Teams notes on employee files, documenting discrepancies and violations.
- General administrative duties.
- Coordinate / assist with meal breaks interoffice.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Rate : $20.00 - $21.50
Work Hours : Monday - Friday (12 : 00 am to 8 : 30 am)
Qualifications :
Administrative experience, knowledgeable of office equipment
Computer literate, MS Office / Google Suite,
Ability to learn new computer programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Able to multi task and prioritize.
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Job Offers and Contingencies
