Recruiter (Entry Level/ Experienced )
Pay Scale: $20.00 - $21.50
As a Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Recruiter's duties include making phone calls to potential employees and setting up interviews. To be successful as a Recruiter, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and prioritizing skills are essential for this position. This role requires working weekends, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Recruiter's duties and responsibilities are to ensure that the company has met all staffing needs and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in posting jobs on indeed.
- Make phone calls and set up an interview with potential employees.
- Assist in the hiring/interviewing/on-boarding process.
- Ensure all new hire forms are signed and completed to meet compliance.
- Answer, screen incoming recruiting calls and forward them to the appropriate person.
- Attend job fairs as needed.
- Provide basic and accurate information regarding our training academy and employment openings.
- Assist with compliance needs, such as setting up appointments for drug testing, live scans or physicals.
- Perform other administrative duties such as assigned.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills

Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional Recruiter to join the Human Resources Department
