We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our asphalt paving crew. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders in a paving environment.
Responsibilities :
- Operate heavy equipment including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders to assist with asphalt paving projects.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Work alongside the paving crew to ensure smooth and even asphalt application.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain grade, slope, and compaction quality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure efficiency and job completion.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the foreman or supervisor.
