What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Coordinator position at Absolute Law Group?
Are you client-focused and a team player? Do you love working with the elderly population? We are looking for an Executive Coordinator to join our team in supporting the CEO and working alongside our team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and enjoy problem solving.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the daily schedule for the Managing Partner/CEO
- Work with team members to obtain information for client meetings
- Follow up with clients and ensure fees have been collected and cases are moving forward
- Update cases in the firm’s practice management software
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure everyone knows their responsibilities in a variety of high-pressure cases
- Update weekly reports
- Make phone calls, merge the attorney in, and take notes for the call
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules and easily adapt to change
- Must be computer literate and understand scheduling, travel booking, conference booking, etc.
- Ability and willingness to learn practice management software
- Ability to research and problem solve independently
- Ability to take accurate notes and translate them to other team members assigned to a case
- 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably to a secondary manager or executive
