*Job Summary* As a Landscape Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of landscaping and groundskeeping workers. Your role involves planning, implementing, and supervising various landscaping projects to ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. *Duties* - Supervise and lead a team of landscaping and groundskeeping workers - Design and build garden landscapes, including irrigation systems - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, tree care, and planting - Ensure proper upkeep of outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and maintaining flower beds - Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences - Inspect landscapes to identify issues and develop solutions for improvement *Qualifications* - Proven experience in landscaping, garden design, and groundskeeping - Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction - Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers - Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Knowledge of safety protocols related to landscaping work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
