GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with potential for on-call duties.
What your typical day looks like:
In the morning, you'll efficiently dispatch assignments, ensuring accurate and secure handling. Your day involves direct client interactions, addressing their needs, and maintaining a calm atmosphere. In the afternoon, you'll focus on meticulous data management, inputting notes and job details into our advanced systems. To stand at the forefront as our Account Management Rep, you'll need:
- 1 years of dispatching experience (HVAC company or similar)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Take Initiative
- Calm demeanor & Deescalation Skills
- Punctuality
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
