Summary: The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales strategy, primarily focusing on new business. Travel consists of two weeks per month. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of sales experience in the Oil and gas Industry, Heavy Equipment Sales / Rental, or a similar field. This position's primary focus is driving leads to generate more business and convert prospects into clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow the company's marketing and sales strategy to achieve objectives and goals
- Independently manage leads provided by the company
- Generate new leads within and outside existing markets
- Ensuring targeted service and performance standards are achieved or exceeded
- Establish and manage relationships with customers
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience
- Motivated & target-driven with demonstrated success in sales
- Excellent selling, presentation & communication skills
- Ease and acumen with cold calling & prospecting
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing time properly
- Ability to create & deliver engaging presentations customized to the audience
- Superior strategic planning and organizational skills
- Familiar with CRM & Microsoft Office Applications
- The ability to understand changing market dynamics, translate them into actionable strategy, and implement the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives as determined by the sales & marketing team
