Job Overview
Absolute Recruitment Services has an exciting Customer Relationship Manager opportunity. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be a self-starter and multi-tasker, work calm under pressure and be a problem solver. Previous dental experience is a real plus.
Duties
Client Communication
- Answer incoming calls throughout the day
- Field technical and scheduling questions from clients
Lab Work Flow
- Monitor lab work flow and schedule – keeping cases on track
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to improve workflow
- Enter and bill cases when needed
Coordinate delivery routes
- Monitor routes throughout the day
- Communicate with drivers as needed throughout the day
- Keep up with daily pickup requests and inform drivers
- Prepare packages for delivery
- Coordinate routes, re-arranging as needed
- Monitor driver work force
Fleet Management
- Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule accordingly
- Primary point of contact for vehicle issues/accidents
Marketing
- Website development
- Monitor and post to social media accounts
- Create materials for sales team – day-to-day and for special events
