About the Role
As a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Carry out treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist, focusing on improving patients’ ability to perform daily tasks.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities, including exercises, cognitive training, and use of adaptive equipment.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments.
- Foster a supportive and engaging environment to encourage patients' participation in therapy.
