We are seeking passionate Physical Therapist candidates to join our team at Altercare of Bucyrus and Wyandot County Care. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive, patient-centered organization where you can make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
About the Role
As a Full-Time Physical Therapist you will:
- Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to achieve patient rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies to maintain long-term physical health and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
About the Facility
Altercare of Bucyrus:
Bucyrus is a facility with 80 beds that provides comprehensive care tailored to residents' needs. The staff prides itself on delivering compassionate care in a welcoming environment.
Wyandot County Care:
Wyandot is a facility with 80 beds that provides comprehensive care tailored to residents' needs. Unique highlights include dartbal league once a month. county owned and operated. Served 600 meals for Senior Day at County Fair. Rehab team received Best Customer Service Award from Absolute in 2023. Eligible to higher rating from 4-5 starts in July 2025.

- Licensed in the state of Ohio (or eligible to obtain licensure).
