What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer (part-time) Thurs., Fri., Saturday evenings 8:00pm-4:00am position at Absolute Security?
Must have valid drivers license and high school diploma or equivalent
Evenings from 8:00 pm-4:00 am, weekends are required.
Starting pay $15.00 and paid weekly
No experience needed, paid training
Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular inspections of access points, equipment, and property to identify potential security risks
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
