Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Business Development Specialist, located in Darien, CT, with some work from home flexibility. The New Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to align strategies. This role requires frequent communication and collaboration to effectively promote ASR’s suite of products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Prospecting, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of macro-strategy, investment strategy, and financial markets
• Excellent research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the finance or investment industry is a plus
