What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate -Tax and Estate Planning position at AbstoneLalley, Inc.?
We are seeking a mid-level tax associate to join the Tax & Estate Planning team in the Chicago office.
About You:
- You have 3-4 years of relevant law firm tax experience or 3-4 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience in the M&A area;
- You ideally have experience in the income tax aspects of M&A and Finance;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic background; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois.
- Hybrid three days a week in-office attendance and two days remote.
Compensation:
- $240,000 - $255,000 annual base salary.
