Associate -Tax and Estate Planning

We are seeking a mid-level tax associate to join the Tax & Estate Planning team in the Chicago office.

About You:

• You have 3-4 years of relevant law firm tax experience or 3-4 years of Big 4 accounting firm experience in the M&A area;
• You ideally have experience in the income tax aspects of M&A and Finance;

• You have a J.D. degree and strong academic background; and
• You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois.

• Hybrid three days a week in-office attendance and two days remote.

Compensation:

• $240,000 - $255,000 annual base salary.
