Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a seasoned, data-driven, and creative Paid Media Strategist & Buyer with deep expertise in Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Ads . This isn't not just about executing campaigns— we need a strategic thinker who can collaborate with our team to develop and flawlessly implement high-converting advertising strategies.
The ideal candidate :
Has extensive experience in media buying and ad strategy
Can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a strong ROI focus
Demonstrates expert-level understanding of consumer psychology and audience targeting
Excels at scaling campaigns efficiently while maintaining cost-effectiveness
Delivers data-backed insights to refine and improve marketing strategies
Brings experience (or strong interest) in live events, entertainment, or ticket sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Strategy : Create and implement digital advertising strategies to drive ticket sales, engagement, and brand growth
- Full-Funnel Media Buying : Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Data-Driven Optimization : Test, track, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce costs
- Creative Collaboration : Partner with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Audience Targeting : Implement sophisticated audience segmentation and retargeting strategies
- Budget Management : Strategically allocate and manage ad spend to maximize ROI
- Performance Reporting : Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital media buying and ad strategy (minimum 3–5 years)
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
Track record of success in managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable results
Strong analytical skills – ability to transform data into actionable insights
Strategic mindset – capability to build and refine strategies based on real-time data
Experience in entertainment or events industry is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication & collaboration skills for cross-team success
