Summary:

We are seeking a motivated IT MSP Managed Services Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT-related offerings to effectively present and sell our services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and present tailored IT service solutions to meet client needs, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and helpdesk support.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on IT trends, MSP best practices, and competitors to provide relevant insights to potential clients.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or MSP sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment or IT services company.
  • Understanding of MSP pricing models and service agreements.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, AWS, cybersecurity frameworks, telecom, and IT compliance requirements
