Summary:
We are seeking a motivated IT MSP Managed Services Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role requires a deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT-related offerings to effectively present and sell our services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and present tailored IT service solutions to meet client needs, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and helpdesk support.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on IT trends, MSP best practices, and competitors to provide relevant insights to potential clients.
