Description

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Ridge Printing Corporation.

Founded by the late George W. Gohlinghorst, the company is continued through the able and visionary leadership of his son Henry who started as the company's sixth full-time employee in 1970. Many things have changed over the years, including our name. We've recently moved to a new location and purchased new equipment. We moved from letterpress to offset, from business forms to annual reports. And we've grown from a four-person shop to a $5 million-a-year firm with more than 45 employees. But, as much as things have changed, we have continued to keep our promises - and it has served us well. Today we work with companies large and small, on projects large and small. Many of these customers are household names and many others have been with us for more than 30 years.

Responsibilities :

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth within the printing and mailshop industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, an existing book of business, and extensive experience in printing and mailshop sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize an existing book of business to generate new sales opportunities and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing and mailshop industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within the printing and mail shop industry.
  • Established book of business with a track record of generating sales and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of printing and mail shop services, products, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Salary Description

    50,000 - $70,000 plus commission
