This is a full-time, direct placement role at American Restoration Professionals.
Location: Stoughton, MA
Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 annually (dependent on experience and performance). Additional perks and benefits are negotiable based on candidate preferences and contributions. Schedule: • Full-time position • Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour lunch break) About Us: American Restoration Professionals provides mold, fire, and water damage restoration, disaster construction, and 24/7 emergency services to the Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island areas. Requirements:1. Proven Sales Experience: Successful outside sales experience, preferably in restoration.
2. High Revenue Generation Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and consistently exceed revenue targets. 3. Self-Starter: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
5. Tools & Resources: Must have a reliable vehicle and an existing network of potential clients is a plus
6. Current book of business in the industry
