Additionally, they will provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, helping clients optimize the platform to fully meet their business needs.
The ideal Client Success Manager has extensive working knowledge of Salesforce and understands how our solutions are intended to help clients. This individual is solution-oriented, creative, and a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. In this role, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of Abstrakt and the success of our current Cloud Solution clients.
Job Responsibilities
Lead client meetings to establish and maintain a clear project roadmap.
Analyze clients' existing methods and procedures, offering alternative solutions to address moderately complex challenges.
Oversee the execution of tasks across the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, utilizing internal and external resources as needed to meet deadlines.
Maintain primary communication with direct supervisor, with occasional interactions with client management teams or peers at Abstrakt.
Consult clients on Salesforce best practices, helping them maximize the platform’s potential for their business needs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce.com Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
Understanding of key SFDC architecture
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000-$100,000 based on certifications and years of experience Variable Compensation
