This is a full-time, direct placement for E-MC Electrical, Inc.
About the Role :
E-MC Electrical is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with 15 years of commercial electrical experience to support a corporate client in the pharmaceutical industry . This on-site role involves moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will be state-licensed as a Journeyman Electrician, have a clean background, and be drug-free .
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on-site at a pharmaceutical facility.
- Handle moves, adds, and changes (MAC work) to support facility modifications and equipment upgrades.
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control systems while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Work closely with facility managers and engineering teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations .
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service requests.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes .
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols in accordance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
