We are looking for a qualified sales manager for our inside sales team with experience in a manufacturing environment. As the leader of our inside sales team, you will be providing the technical product support that both the sales team and customers require.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Providing customer solutions to their challenges
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Experience with CRM software
- Initiate new product development based on customer needs
- Ability to use sales tracking tools and develop appropriate action plans
- Generate quotes in a timely manner
- Must have good communication skills
- Must possess good time management skills
