Opportunity : We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to excel on our growing New Construction Solar Team! The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting New Home Solar Communities from project award through project closeout. Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and within multiple data management tools and platforms. The day-to-day focus of a Project Coordinator is to keep each individual project lifecycle on track, ensuring clean handoffs between departments, data accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence within the New Homes Solar division.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitates several project related documents, working directly with Homebuilder / Partners to launch a New Solar Community
- Receive and organize Builder Phase Releases for detailed setup in CRM & project files
- Obtain Builder project documents, including address lists, plot plans and other project related documentation needed to facilitate solar design & installation
- Confirm required / selected solar system details with Citadel Sales and Builder / Partners. Ensure system details are accurately documented for all downstream activity.
- Initiate request for solar drawings, working with the Design Team to deliver accurate drawings to the Builder & Installation team. Includes coordination of all design revisions and as-built drawings throughout project life.
- Submit request for solar permit application to Permit Coordinator. Monitor and communicate permit statuses to Builder and Field team.
- Request Job Budget setup with Project Finance team, providing all necessary project details needed. Review Job Budgets for accuracy, ensure updates are made timely when needed.
- Receive confirmation of solar finance selections, process required documentation as required :
o Obtain and verify Builder Purchase Orders for solar install
o Generate PPA Agreements and obtain 3rd Party Finance approval for solar install
