ABOUT THIS FIELD SUPERVISOR ROLE
Work Schedule & Location: This full-time role is based in Auburn, CA, with a flexible schedule to support your team as needed. You'll travel between job sites, overseeing projects and assisting technicians in the field.
Your Typical Day: In this role, you'll start your day by coordinating schedules and checking in with technicians on current jobs. As our Field Supervisor, you'll spend much of your time in the field, supporting technicians across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service calls. Each day, you'll ensure that jobs meet our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Alongside field leadership, you'll mentor your team, guide technicians on presenting service options to clients, and foster a strong, supportive environment. This is a hands-on role with a blend of management and technical expertise that makes every day unique and rewarding!
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades, with hands-on skills in all three
- Proven supervisory and training experience leading a team of technicians
- Sales experience with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with flat-rate pricing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tablets and iPads
- Ability to perform fieldwork without physical limitations
Preferred: Experience navigating both management and technical challenges across multiple trades is a plus!
