We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Client Associate to help drive client goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing client relationships, increasing awareness, and supporting sales initiatives through exceptional customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Increase awareness and drive engagement with potential customers
- Promote client products and services to local customers, enhancing brand presence
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with team members to optimize outcomes and contribute to business growth
- Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills and refine existing ones
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and sales processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing) preferred
- 1 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for client success and driving results
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
