What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Assistant/Brand Ambassador position at Abundance, Inc.?
The Event Assistant/Brand Ambassadors should be outgoing and self-driven; they must know how to have fun and be comfortable engaging consumers in group and one-on-one settings. The Event Assistant/Brand Ambassador position involves hands-on training with all the following; the creation and development of retail marketing campaigns, the set up/displays/merchandise, the execution/presentation of our clients products and services directly to customers, and reporting back the results.
Event Assistant/Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the entire event process, from creation to execution
- Engage with customers inside various retail locations on behalf of our clients
- Answer customer questions and offer suggestions based on their individual needs
- Maintain a compliant event space at all times
- Track and record all sales and customer interactions
Requirements of the Event Assistant/Brand Ambassador Candidate:
- Must have a passion for helping others and a love for working with the public
- Must possess advanced communication skills and be able to adapt to speaking with various audiences
- Must be a team player and bring a competitive spirit to help drive the team towards its goals
- Must have organizational and time management skills to assist in event planning and execution
