Converts pre-qualified leads into loyal clients by showcasing how our services go beyond surface solutions. Actively seeds follow-up projects through maintaining a portfolio of clients, promotes maintenance work, and ensures every client relationship results in glowing Google reviews and heartfelt referrals. Meets or exceeds established conversion rate and revenue goals. Represent Abundance Organizing within the community and industry, embodying our core values and vision in every interaction.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients, conducting in-depth Initial Assessments to uncover the true challenges behind the clutter.
- Explains company policies and pricing, addresses client questions, and secures approval on terms of service. Provides an estimate outlining the project scope, required services/products, recommended professional partners, timeline, and costs. Finalizes client approval and processes the deposit.
- Coordinates with Operations Manager and support staff to fulfill staffing needs in advance of client project(s). Sees the Project Task List through to completion on every client project.
- Partner with our organizing teams to oversee client projects, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth, supportive, and stress-free. Ensures client experience is positive.
- Provides project management services that move the project forward, including managing product procurement and coordinating a multidimensional team of related professionals, organizing consultants, and other labor on behalf of client(s).
- Manages all communication between client, team members, related service providers, family members, and other relevant stakeholders. Handles all customer service issues, responding to client concerns within one business day. Confirms documentation of key issues in CRM software, entered within 2 business days.
- Oversees quality standards, project budgets, and schedules, enforcing company policies and best practices while addressing any issues to ensure requirements are met, and participates in feedback processes, including performance reviews.
- Reviews and approves all session notes recording job assignments, activities, and outcomes.
- Communicates with Accounts Receivable staff to ensure accuracy in closing out job by reviewing applicable time/travel charges, product costs, reimbursable expenses so they may calculate balance owed by client. Coordinates invoicing and delivery of all client payments to Abundance Organizing on or before close of business in the same week. Assists support staff with client inquiries regarding fees and payment collection, if necessary.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups, personalized check-ins, and creative touchpoints that keep us top of mind for future projects.
- Solicits Google reviews for the business and evaluates client satisfaction surveys, responding as needed.
- Participates in professional organizations to maintain current information about this position and to make contact with professionals in similar positions.
- Pursues/receives training in organizing methodology, project management, and management techniques both inside and outside the company, at the company’s request, as relevant.

Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communication, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum one year on-the-job experience in sales, organizing, account management, or equivalent.
- Attributes preferred: Ability to plan/organize/direct/control; ability to deal with ambiguous or conflicting priorities or information; ability to influence people; verbal comprehension, problem solving, aesthetic judgment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
