Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or services.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
