Abundant Dental Care, a dentist-owned and dentist-led dental corporation with many offices along the Wasatch Front and focused on elevating dental professionals to mastery, is hiring experienced Doctor Partners (high-level Treatment Plan / Benefits Coordinators).

Your office will be open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. We are committed to a culture of Unconditional Responsibility. We serve patients when they want to be served; therefore, you may be scheduled for morning shifts or evening shifts, and everyone works at least two Saturdays each month, up to 40 hours a week.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure that patients receive the care they need and help them to fully understand their proposed treatment plan and financial obligations.
- Work hand in hand with patients and the clinicians to facilitate a seamless transition from discussion of treatment to payment plan commitment (financial agreement).
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Consultative sales experience.
- Dental knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, poise, professional appearance, and a special ability to “get a kick” out of having patients accept treatment without being pushy.
- Organized, systematic, and good with follow-through
- Knowledge of the dental insurance game
- Self-confidence, positive attitude, and ability to think on your feet
- MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE
