What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front desk position at Abundant Life Chiropractic?
We are expanding our incredible team as we move into our new, state of the art facility. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us carry out our mission at Abundant Life Chiropractic.

At Abundant Life Chiropractic we train each applicant internally on all procedures such as assisting in the administration of chiropractic instrumentation, procedures, and usage of our software system (So no formal training or perquisites necessary).
Some of the responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistants include but are not limited to, working directly one on one with patients, operating multiple computer software applications, scheduling, handling insurance, taking digital x-rays (with course completion and certification) and most importantly delivering excellence care in every way to our patients.

Starting wage is based off education and experience. Benefits available are : Complimentary Chiropractic Care, 401k, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off and possibly Health Insurance.

Requirements
Provide Excellent Patient Care by working directly one on one with patients to help them reach their health goals. This is done by communicating clearly and empathetically to patients.
Educating, providing follow up, performing consults, taking x-rays, discussing finances and scheduling appointments.
- Operating multiple EHR systems efficiently and accurately. This includes auditing accounts, scanning and importing important documents and insuring accurate health records.
- Coordinating Insurance benefits for the patient by verifying benefits, helping complete pre-authorizations and other insurance paperwork, auditing account benefits and communicating insurance benefits to the patient.
