Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Physical Therapist (PT) for our 3-5 program to develop, evaluate and implement physical therapy plans and function as part of a Holistic Care/educational team serving children and their families in accordance with their approved IEP. Potential qualified Therapist will have experience working with children who require services within the 3-5 age group. Physical Therapist at ALFS are required to meet the educational and credentialing requirements to be eligible for a PA State license.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Minimum Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university
- Experience: One (1) year as a Licensed Physical Therapist Pediatric experience preferred
- PA State license
- Provide Physical Therapy services to pediatric children with various physical disorders.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate physical abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address kiddos physical goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and clinical outcomes.
