Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Speech Language Pathology candidates for our Infant-Toddler program in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. ALFS values responding to the ever-changing needs of those we serve. We provide comprehensive services within a wide array of diverse settings which allows our team members experience within our community, childcare centers, and private homes. Potential qualified Speech Language Pathologists will have experience working with children who require services within the infant/toddler 0-3 age group.
Speech Language Pathologists at ALFS are required to meet the educational and credentialing requirements to be eligible as a PA State license Speech Pathologist.
- Provide speech and language therapy to kiddos with various communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address the family’s speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress in speech and language skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and families outcomes.
