Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including residential painting and repairs.
- Basic groundskeeping and lawn maintenance of common areas.
- Read and interpret schematics for effective maintenance planning.
- Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and secured.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair property systems and equipment as needed.
- Secure master key to properties and provide access to third party vendors, agents, and prospective tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct standard property checks and moniter security system.
Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or an equivalent GED. Additional education, training, licenses and/or certifications are a strong plus.
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, and painting.
- Proven experience in maintenance roles or general contracting preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively.
- Physically capable to handle heavy lifting, active labor and working on the building

Pay: $20.26 - $21.61 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
