1st Shift Hours : 5am - 1 : 30pm Monday - Friday
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary :
As an Assembly Technician, you will be crucial in producing our industry-leading electrical components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing a variety of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble electrical and electronic components according to detailed instructions and blueprints
- Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest assembly techniques and equipment
Qualifications :
Working Conditions :
This position will be based at our manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to machinery, tools, and electrical components. The ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment is required.
Compensation and Benefits :
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22 per hour for this contract-to-permanent position. Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is the potential for the role to transition to a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
