Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients in the target market and develop tailored strategies to engage them.
- Drive new business generation by meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales process to successfully close new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with all products and services offered by the company.
- Acquire new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth referrals, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with potential clients.
- Maintain meaningful client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
- Recommend product or service upgrades to meet client needs.
- Create compelling business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
- Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Train team members on technical and social skills to enhance sales efforts.
- Analyze client feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve services.
- Stay informed about industry trends to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
